Absentee Ballots

Absentee ballots must be submitted to the election committee in a sealed envelope, according to the orgamization’s bylaws.

In the past people have submitted absentee ballots via email to the orgaization, but the General Meeting must decide whether those votes are valid.

Absentee ballots may include detailed explanations of how the votes should be cast. For example, if candidate X does not receive enough votes as a regular board member but is also running as an alternate, it can be explained that the vote for the alternate should go to them if they are part of that voting but to another candidate if they are not. We encourage you to contact us on Facebook, FetLife, or through [email protected] if you intend to submit absentee ballots.

    • My other vote goes to Eir Margrétarbur
  • My vote for alternate goes to:
    • ThePurpleSubbie if they are in the running
    • Otherwise Frederic Smith if he is in the running
